1-Day Internal Audit Course ISO9001
This course is designed to provide delegates with a general and practical understanding of the requirements of auditing Quality Management Systems (QMS) established to ISO 9001:2008 requirements and how to assess their effectiveness. It teaches the delegates the benefits and pitfalls in auditing such systems. It teaches delegates to assess the control over processes.
This course comprises of a mix of lectures and Audit exercises designed to provide the delegates with the skills and knowledge needed to participate in QMS audits. Attendance certificate is issued
1-Day Internal Audit Course Novice ISO:14001
This course will provide delegates with foundation and practical knowledge to enable them to carry out Internal Environmental Audit Tasks in a competent and effective manner. It will identify how to audit environmental management systems, explain how to combine different audits, identify how to ensure the environmental element gets included and audits are not just procedure focus. This course will mix lectures with actual audit exercises to help achieve general understanding. This course is aimed at delegates that are to be prospective environmental auditors; it is assumed that the delegates have a basic understanding of an EMS system. Attendance certificate issued.
2-Day Internal Audit Course Advanced ISO:14001
Our Advanced Environmental Auditor Course (ISO 14001) is designed to provide delegates with a general understanding of the requirements of an Environmental Management System (EMS) and how to assess its effectiveness. It teaches delegates to recognise and assess the environmental aspects of an organisation's activities. It describes the legal requirements that apply to organisations and the requirements of the international standard for environmental management systems ISO 14001. It teaches the techniques and skills needed to audit such an organisation.
The auditing methods outlined are based on the ISO14011 Standard, which sets the requirements for auditing Environmental Management Systems. The course uses tutorial sessions, practical auditing, case study examination and some role-play scenarios. This course is aimed at delegates that want to develop their educational and technical auditing, who may be already auditing and would like a refresher each delegate should have a good understanding of EMS. Attendance certificate issued.
ISO9001/14001 Mentoring
We are assisting some of our clients with a mentoring/auditing function. This has come about because even though we have carried out an internal auditing course for their staff, it does not always give that person/s the ability to go off and feel confident in auditing straight away. Also if this is the only trained auditor in the company and they have never physically carried out audits then this is where this service is a must.
Following an Internal Audit course, we can attend your site to carry out your audits with the staff that have sat the course. Over 12-months normally 1 visit every quarter.
We will carry out the audits on the system, produce the reports, at the same time as your staff do, we will mentor and train/Inspect as we go along for the 12-months to complete all of the audits against your program. This will give you piece of mind that your system is being audited properly, and will also satisfy your assessing body and at the same time the staff have had hands on training, to enable them to carry out this task on their own after the 12-months have passed. We ONLY charge for the auditing function again you will not pay for the mentoring side.
Management Developement Coaching
This section concentrates on Management development and how effective managers are working as a team and individually. It focuses on leadership potential, role modelling, active listening and communication and managing good and poor performance. Systems Assured can carry out an initial diagnostic and a detailed action plan to identify arrears of development and to help you overcome gaps and barriers this will assist the company in continual improvement. Once the action plan has been submitted we offer a monthly half day business development support meeting were we help you to implement the action plan and evaluate its positive impact.
