"Systems Assured have updated our Quality Management System 9001:2008 to the requirements of the new standard 9001:2015. Our Operating Standards have been converted to Processes and where we had gaps, new Processes have been created. The Quality Manual has been completely updated. Following yesterday's audit by BSI, we now expect to receive certification in four weeks time.
The BSI report says 'The Organisation is clear with respect to its strategic direction, linked to Central Government requirements and the overall 2020 strategic plan.
