Initial Review - we carry out a compliance review against
the standard to ascertain the extent to which your business
may meet the requirements of the standards in question. We
identify, compare and review any gaps that exist. This review
will establish the information required to show how your business
currently manages the quality requirements of its customers,
and any system currently being operated.
Planning & Design - we Identify
& gather the required information to establish the flow of
the business operation & the associated individual processes,
and map that against the relevant standard to enable us to
produce a draft version of your systems manual and necessary
documentation.
Implementation - in the implementation
stage, we use the plan of action to map out the road ahead
for your organisation in terms of the activities needed to
attain certification. This is where your managers/process
owners get involved, in identifying each process, so we can
establish conformity and objectives, finalise any drafts and
supply completed copies, we will carry out a full set of audits,
review/amend any issues raised chair the management review
meeting, we cover every aspect of the standard to make sure
your company complies.
Certification -at the final
Key stage we will advise when you are ready to be assessed,
we will facilitate the audit and certification process with
an officially accredited UKAS assessment body of your choice
- taking your business from the start to the successful completion
of the whole compliance process.

Fixed pricing
We offer all of our customers a fixed contract price. The
total cost can be paid on a monthly basis up to 6-months interest
free.
