ISO 14001:2004
ISO 14001 is the standard that specifies the structure and controls of the Environmental Management System, and it is to this standards criteria to which a THIRD PARTY would Audit against.
The other standards in the ISO 14000 series are guidelines. ISO 14001 is the Only Standard of the 14000 series that can be Certified by an External Certification Authority.
